Python automation, scraping and API integrations

Doing routine work by hand that a script could do? Copying data between systems? Pulling something off the web on schedule? I'll replace it with Python.

Web scraping and monitoring

Tracking competitor prices, product availability, scraping portal data. Robust crawlers with retry, rate limiting and anti-bot evasion.

System integrations

ETL pipelines, database sync, format conversions (CSV, XML, JSON, Excel). Scheduled by cron or event-driven.

AI / LLM integrations

Hooking up Claude / OpenAI API to your data. RAG over company docs, in-app AI assistant, automated email and invoice processing.

Data processing and reporting

Pandas, NumPy, cleaning, aggregation, PDF/Excel report generation. Scheduled exports to email, Slack or a dashboard.

API clients and wrappers

Clients for third-party REST/GraphQL APIs, API-driven automation (GitHub, Slack, email services, accounting, business registries, Google Workspace).

Telegram / Discord bots

Bots for notifications, customer support, order intake or event tracking. Hosted, monitored, with logs.

How I do it differently

I don't optimize for shortest script, but for one that still works in a year. Logging, retry, type hints, clean dependencies.
Always Dockerized. The script runs the same on your server, your MacBook and your cron — no 'works on my machine'.
With monitoring. When something breaks, you find out first — not a week later when weird outages start.

Pricing

For small tasks (under 8 hours): 1,500 CZK/hour, invoiced after completion. For larger pipelines: fixed price by scope, typically 15–80,000 CZK.
