Discovery (1 week)

We write down what the MVP must do and what it must not do. The second often matters more. Outcome: scope document and fixed proposal.

Weekly iteration sprints

Every week you see progress on a staging URL. You can react before something is built wrong.

Handover with documentation

Repo access, deploy guide, README, how to onboard another dev. No tribal knowledge.

Optional: ongoing support

If you want to keep developing, I'm in. If you want to take it in-house, I hand it over to the next dev.

Pricing

From 30,000 CZK for a simple MVP (one flow, one user type, basic CRUD). Larger MVPs with multiple roles, integrations and workflow run 80–250,000 CZK.

The price is always fixed after discovery. No nasty mid-sprint surprises.
